When shipping a player in to us for upgrade, please call or email to alert us to an incoming package, and include the package tracking number if possible. Unless otherwise requested we will ship back via UPS Ground (with insurance) and will email the tracking number to you.

All players shipped to us in inadequate packaging will be repacked in a better box and an additional $5 S&H will be charged.

For DIY orders we will email a confirmation of the order along with the UPS tracking number as well.

This number is answered by order-taking personnel, no technical questions should be directed here. For technical questions, please use email or ask to have a technician call you back. Based on the volume of customer questions, email is definitely the easiest for us. We do attempt to respond to all email the same day it is received.

NOTE: Personnel at the above number do NOT package or ship any product. They can not provide tracking numbers either. All orders placed electronically or otherwise providing an e-mail address will receive order shipment confirmation via e-mail. Placing the order electronically is the absolute QUICKEST way for you to receive your order, ESPECIALLY if you want anything other than regular ground shipment.
